The cotton world price breaks records
This week at the New York Еxchange the cotton price has exceeded psychological level - 1 US dollar for a pound. It was a second time in the history, because of fears of raw materials shortage on the world markets. Under the forecast of the American Agriculture Department, the parity of cotton stocks and volumes of its consumption will be the worst for last 15 years.
