Uzbekistan will record one of the highest economic growth rates in 2011, forecasts Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).The EIU said the gross domestic product (GDP) of Uzbekistan will grow by 7.9% in 2011.

Clothes price can rise by 20 % next year

The Government of Uzbekistan will invest about US$30.075 billion to development of industry in 2011-2015. This is envisaged in the resolution of the Uzbek President "On priorities of development of industry in Uzbekistan in 2011-2015".
